  The requirements of 21st century urban workplaces provide powerful constraints that conflict with our hidden human instinctual responses.

The fast pace at which we have to function, the small spaces we live and work in, and the high demands we make of our eyesight, all add up to a lifestyle that demands too much neurological processing from the brain and not enough movement from the body. Lack of satisfaction with one’s work, lack of contentment in life, and ill health in the body become the inevitable result.

Coaching from Beyond Stress works to transform our reactions to these stress factors into supportive habits which build stamina and personal resilience.
